The Oxford was crafted for the ‘grower’, and is best paired with the Oxford Beard Oil, and Oxford Water-Based Pomade.
Sandalwood is one of the only products that is scientifically proven to enhance hair growth. While the depth of such growth is not yet known, this product offers a natural earthy sandalwood scent with the freshness that lime offers.
Lime is a natural disinfectant, offering a natural response to skin irritation, beardruff, and acne without leaving the skin dry. It’s Vitamin C content also promotes healthy beard growth.
In addition, the Oxford’s peppermint oil seeks to enhance blood circulation under the beard to better enable growth. These scents are paired with natural staples in hair products including jojoba, Argan, and Primrose oils (in beard oils) and cocoa, shea, and argan (in beard balms) to offer a well-rounded platform for healthy beards.
What is beard balm for?
Beard balms are designed for the wiry hair on the chin. Beard hair is dead keratin, and does not typically absorb nutrients. When the hair is there, the real aim of a beard balm is to condition that hair, and offer some light style for the potentially wild hairs. Balms do not tend to shine and offer invisible support for a beard and condition throughout the day. The scent of balms are lighter than beard oils, as men wear the balm right beneath their nose for the entire day.
Warm a tiny amount of balm in hands until dissolved. Use a downward motion to massage the beard balm into each of the hairs of the beard. Beard balms are best applied in the mornings, as part of the morning routine.
